After a couple years off, we are excited to return to our traditional 3rd Sunday programs, which are offered following Worship on the 3rd Sunday each month. These will be held in the same hybrid format as our Meeting for Worship, so you can attend in-person at the Aquinas Browne Center or on Zoom. We have scheduled 3 programs for Spring of 2022, as follows:
Sunday, February 20th – “A brief history of Grand Rapids Friends Meeting via scrapbook photos, celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the founding of GRFM in April, 1962”, with Wayne Norlin
Sunday, March 20th – “The End of Life Journey, including advance care planning, defining a good death, and making choices for the end of life that reflect our values”, with Jay Kalis
Sunday, April 17th – Easter Sunday – no program
Sunday, May 15th – “An introduction to the Early Learning Neighborhood Collaborative (ELNC); changing the current reality of children in the vulnerable neighborhoods of Grand Rapids by providing, expanding and sustaining high quality early care and education programs “, with Angela Cunningham-Burrows.
